Cancellation Policy

Need to reschedule? Please give us 48 hours notice.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you must cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $50 late cancellation fee may apply.

Customers who cancel on short notice may also be required to pay a deposit when booking future appointments. This helps us reserve time in our schedule while minimizing the impact of last-minute cancellations.
